"John Calipari Experiences" Promise Unique Insight to UK Basketball

The Beaumont Centre Family YMCA is auctioning three “John Calipari Experiences” to benefit the Y’s Annual Giving Campaign. The three top bidders will enjoy an insider’s view of a UK men’s basketball practice followed by a tour of the Craft Center. The winners must be at least 18 years old and the date of the Experiences will be determined after the conclusion of the auction.

The auction began Wednesday, April 25 and will end on Friday, May 11 at noon.

The silent auction is part of the YMCA of Central Kentucky’s annual campaign to raise the funds necessary to allow the Y to offer financial assistance, ensuring that no one is turned away from Y memberships, programs or services due to inability to pay. In 2011, the Y awarded over $1.3 million in financial assistance while serving over 60,000 central Kentuckians via membership and programs designed to strengthen the foundations of the community. These contributions help people of all ages and walks of life be more healthy, confident, connected and secure.
