Y Reaches Annual Giving Campaign Goal
The YMCA of Central Kentucky is extremely proud to announce that we have met our 2012 Annual Giving Campaign goal of $625,000! Thanks to the generous contributions from people like you throughout our community,
the Y is available for kids and families who need us most. The generosity of our members and community helps people of all ages and from all walks of life be more healthy, confident, connected and secure.
In 2011, the Y awarded more than $1.2 million in financial assistance toward Y memberships and programs such as summer camp, after-school programs, youth sports leagues and more. The Y's Open Doors financial assistance program ensures that no one is turned away due to inability to pay. The Y counts on the support of the community to continue to meet this promise and to continue to strengthen the foundations of our community.
