Group Exercise Instructor
Provide quality member services through leadership in exercise instruction in a group setting and in interacting with members accordingly. Experience in leading group exercise classes to a diverse population. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide positive feedback, motivation and encouragement to participants. Must complete CPR and AED certification within 60 days of hire. Candidate must have a nationally recognized YMCA approved certification.
Part time (afternoon schedule)
Pay: $12 – $24 per hour (dependent on experience and certifications)

Lifeguard
Certified individual needed to ensure safety of patrons in aquatic environment. Life Guarding, routine maintenance duties and customer service duties included. Must be 16 years of age or older, be a certified Lifeguard, with First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer. Position also requires excellent swimming skills plus a varied aquatic background.

Swim Instructor Individual needed for direct leadership, instruction and motivation for students is swim lessons. The position is primarily responsible for teaching all levels of the YMCA swim lessons programs. Must be 16 years of age or older, current and valid, First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer and a YMCA Lifeguard certification recommended. Certification of YMCA Swim Lesson Certification or W.S.I is preferred. Position also requires excellent swimming skills plus a varied aquatic background. Must be able to provide good public relations with children and adults.

Water Fitness Instructor Looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, interactive, and compassionate instructor to lead a water fitness classes to a diverse population. This instructor must have good communications skills, be able to provide encouragement, be proficient in cuing exercises, and ability to lead and communicate in a program format. Current and valid First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer certifications are required. YMCA Water Fitness Certification or a nationally recognized group exercise certification is also required.
