Registration

A $30 non-refundable registration fee per child is required. This fee is good for the entire 2009-2010 school year. A completed registration form, registration fee, financial agreement, bank draft form and your child’s current immunization record is required before a child can attend our program. It could take up to 5 days to process your child’s registration once the YMCA has received all the forms indicated above. Please click on your child’s school list below for your registration form, financial agreement, bank draft form, or financial assistance form. Spaces are limited, and registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Forms and registration fee can be given to the After-School Site Director during program hours, or mailed to the YMCA Child Development Offices, 239 E High St. Attn. Child Development Lexington KY 40507. If you prefer, you can fax your registration forms to the Child Development office at 859-255-5653.
                                                                                      

FEES

All fees must be paid by bank draft. Each family has 3 options: checking, savings or charged to a credit card. Families may choose the following options as payment dates: Tuesdays, or the 1st day of the month for the entire month. If you chose the monthly draft your account will be drafted the pro-rated amount from the day your child begins the program until the 1st day of the following month.

Each family must select a permanent Attendance/Tuition Option and pay that tuition rate every week. You may select the Full Week Option (3-5 days), Part Week Option (1or 2 days), or the Emergency Care (To be used no more than 3 times a month). Each family has the opportunity to change their financial agreement once per month if needed. Please contact the business office at (859)367-7333 for any changes to your child's account.

 

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The YMCA is committed to providing high quality childcare that is available to everyone. We offer a sliding scale financial assistance program that is based on household income and number of dependents. Please call 367-7333 for more details.
