Y Offers Free Classes in Triangle Park

As part of the Y’s commitment to serving everyone in the community and encouraging everyone to live a healthy lifestyle, the High Street YMCA is offering free outdoor classes all summer long downtown in Triangle Park.

The schedule, which begins on Tuesday, May 29 and concludes on August 29, includes free offerings every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. There will be no classes the week of July 4.

The classes are all free and open to the public. No registration is required. In the event of rain, the classes will be moved to the High Street YMCA.

The class schedule is as follows:
Mondays: Yoga at noon and Boot Camp at 5:45
Tuesdays: Pilates at noon
Wednesdays: Boot Camp at 5:30
