Feel great with group exercise classes, many of which are free with your Y membership. Join our nationally certified team of instructors for a variety of highly popular classes. Experience the “hottest” trends or some of the more traditional styles all designed to motivate you to have a safe, fun and effective workout. 

Not sure if a class is right for you? If space permits, we'll arrange for you to sit in on a class and check it out for yourself. Group exercise classes are a great way to connect with other members and diversify your workout. Classes are offered for varying fitness levels and are designed to let you progress at your own pace.
