The small group Pilates Reformer (equipment) classes create an affordable fitness environment for Pilates exercise. Your instructor will coach you through a series of highly effective, coordinated movements using the state-of-the-art STOTT Pilates equipment, the "Reformer" and the PEAK Pilates Maximum Versatility Exercise Chair. Build strength without excess bulk and develop optimal core control and tone. The workout focuses on quality of movement, breathing, and integration of the core postural muscles. Improve balance in your body, coordination, posture, muscle tone, mobility and flexibility.
